Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing professional advice, cost quotation and quality customer services to customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:
- F.5 or above, Diploma in Automotive / Mechanical preferred
- At least 3 years relevant experience in customer service, Automotive / Mechanical Engineering field
- Good communication and customer handling skills are pre-requisites
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for general repair and maintenance for heavy trucks, tractor and buses

Requirements:
- Holder of relevant apprenticeship certificate
- Holder of HK vehicle licence no.10,18,19 & 20
- Possess at least 2 years of repair experience in relevant vehicles
- Basic PC application skills and willing to work overtime
- Experience in Vehicle Body Repair with welding licence would be an advantage
